Jane Englebright, PhD, RN, FAAN

Dr. Englebright was previously Chief Nurse Executive and Senior Vice President for HCA Healthcare where she led HCA Healthcare’s nursing strategy designed to advance nursing leadership, operations, outcomes, and professional practice. Dr. Englebright currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Galen College of Nursing and previously served as Chair of the Board of Commissioners for The Joint Commission. Dr. Englebright is the past Chair of the Informatics & Technology Expert Panel for the American Academy of Nursing. Dr. Englebright holds a Ph.D. in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University, a B.S.N. in Nursing from the University of Kentucky, and an A.S. & B.S. in Nursing & Education from Western Kentucky University.
